Our profile and experience
Anglolang has offered Teacher Refresher courses and specialist teacher training for nearly twenty years. Our expertise gained from running courses for Education Ministries and institutions from all over the world and from our own Trinity College London Cert TESOL course makes Anglolang a wise and practical choice if you are looking for a dynamic and enjoyable teachers course.
Teacher Refresher courses focus on practical classroom ideas and application plus language development. They last two weeks and run regularly throughout the summer and meet the needs of teachers of primary, secondary and adult classes. The courses are organised according to your language level and the age range of the students you teach. They can also be offered at any other time of the year on request and longer or shorter courses are also available. Please contact us for more information.
Anglolang has significant experience of running specialist courses to meet specific language or methodology needs. We have, for example, organised courses on Integrating Computer Assisted Language Learning and Language Development for the Tunisian Ministry of Education and Teaching Vocational Skills Through English for Uppsprettan, Iceland. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a specialist course or would like to know more about teacher training.
Course Content
Anglolang recognises that every teacher is different and therefore we are flexible about tailoring the course to suit your needs. Our Teacher Refresher courses cover three main areas and can have a particular focus on any one of these areas if desired. Study visits to local schools and colleges are arranged during term time and provide a real opportunity to gain an insight into the workings of British educational institutions.
