English for secretaries

Our English for Secretaries course provides Secretaries and Personal Assistants with the opportunity to improve their confidence in English and to talk about a variety of world and work issues.

Course content includes:

  • Social English with a focus on vocabulary building and expressing your opinions
  • Work related topics.
  • The language of telephoning, intercultural awareness and the welcoming of visitors.

Some secretaries on our courses request the layout and vocabulary of business letters, faxes and e-mails and this is also available.

A component on presentation skills can also be incorporated if desired.

Group size: 4-8, 7 hrs per day (including breaks). A good level of spoken English is recommended.
